Now one of the longest established EMS transport and courier services, First Choice was formed by John Cook in 1994. He was joined by his then wife Pat in 2002.

In 2020, after 27 years at the helm, John decided to retire. The business is now owned and operated by former wife Pat and her daughter, Hannah. As times change, so do market requirements, and as a result, First Choice are constantly improving and expanding their services for the benefit of their customers whilst maintaining the same standard of efficiency, reliability, and good value they are known for.
